I am a Dutch Army veteran (In Dutch Army from 1987 till 2012).
Since 2016 Single dad (my Wife Alexandra died at Cancer) :
Son Henk Jr : 29yr and Daughter Jennifer 26yr.
My sports Experience are :
Judo : 1975 till 2010
BJJ : 2005 till now
I also was at the Nijmegen College Wrestling Team for 2 years.
