Has anyone ever had any luck actually scheduling a session with her recently? She’s cancelled multiple sessions at the last minute and doesn’t respond to emails for 10+ days. She doesn’t offer to refund the deposit and ignores when asked. Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you get your deposit back?
